You are booking our entire apartment ALL TO YOURSELF! Located in the iconic suburb of Five Dock, you will be able to experience Sydney like a true local, or its a quick 13 min drive to darling harbour and 20 mins to the CBD and 17 mins drive to Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney Olympic Park, making this convenient, simple home ideal for any tourists, business travellers or local getaway people!

The space
The home can easily accommodate 4 guests.
This simple, splendid, self-contained home has one cosy bedroom containing a queen sized bed and a sofa bed to sleep 2 in the lounge room! We have a dining table with cutlery and crockery and an appropriately equipped kitchen, housing the necessary kitchen appliances. We also have a small balcony - please no smoking at any time . Please check our list of amenities for the detailed list of what we provide in the home :)
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home. You won't be sharing the home with anyone else.
Please be aware that the maximum amount of guests allowed in the home at any one time is the amount that you have booked for. Please read and respect my house rules
Interaction with guests
One of our lovely caretakers will welcome you into the home upon arrival to help you settle in and assist with any questions or concerns you might have.
Please let us know what time you expect to arrive to our home so that we can let our caretakers know when to meet you :)
Please provide us with your email address upon booking so we can send you our check-in guide which contains important details about our home and the check-in process.
Best form of communication is via airbnb :) For any problems, give us a chance to find a solution and help you :)
*Please understand if you let us know last minute on the day, there is a possibility of a delay in the check-in time as we plan in advance our caretakers schedule, so please be patient :)
Other things to note
No more than 4 guests are allowed within the home.
Please also be sure, when booking, to correctly state how many guests will be checking in and staying for the duration of your stay. Children and adults are considered the same, so if you have 2 adults and 2 children it is considered as 4 guests.
PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be cancelled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.
Security deposit: Please note, there is no charge unless there has been damage caused within the property or any rules have been broken.
