Our Rules
It's important to us that each guest is given appropriate information to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Here you can find details of our policies on items such as Check-In/Check-Out times, Cancellations, Payment, and much more. Booking & Cancellation Policies
A full payment plus a $100 AUD deposit will be taken at the time of booking. By payment, the guest agrees to the deposit which JLPM guarantees the booking. Upon check out, a refund of $100 deposit will be issued within 7 days. No-shows will result in full charge to the guests including a penalty of $100 deducted from the holding deposit.
Due to various locations of our properties, guests may experience issues or timings caused by previous guest stays or maintenance requirements. In such circumstances, by booking, the guests agree to allow JLPM to transfer them to most suitable location without recompense or allow JLPM to cancel their booking with a full refund.
Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to a reservation to qualify for a refund and will subject to a 25% service charge. Any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not qualify for refund.
Payment Policies
The use of a debit or credit card to check-in, may incur a hold to be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to JLPM Proprietary Limited, including estimated incidentals, through to your date of check-out. Such hold may not be released for 7 days from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
Credit Card payments relating to Australian business incur a merchant service fee of 1.8% for Visa and Mastercard holders; 3% for American Express and Diner Cards holders. In addition to the total amount payable. Applies to selected rate products, click on rate display for applicable rates.
Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including you IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Security Policy

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
