The space
The home can easily accommodate 5 guests.
This simple, splendid, self-contained home has 3 bedrooms; 1 room with a queen sized bed, 1 containing a double, and the third room with a single bed. There are 2 (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a living area with a sofa and dining table and an appropriately equipped kitchen, housing the necessary kitchen appliances. Please check our list of amenities for the detailed list of what we provide in the home :)
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home. You won't be sharing the home with anyone else!
Please be aware that the maximum amount of guests allowed in the home at any one time is the amount that you have booked for.
Interaction with guests
One of our lovely caretakers will welcome you into the home upon arrival to help you settle in and assist with any questions or concerns you might have.
Please let us know what time you expect to arrive to our home so that we can let our caretakers know when to meet you :)
Please provide us with your email address upon booking so we can send you our check-in guide which contains important details about our home and the check-in process.
Best form of communication is via airbnb :) For any problems, give us a chance to find a solution and help you :)
*Please understand if you let us know last minute on the day, there is a possibility of a delay in the check-in time as we plan in advance our caretakers schedule, so please be patient :)
Other things to note
You will have our entire home to yourself (with the exception of our storage room)! You will not be sharing the home with any strangers.
Please note:
When using the garage, if you use the access card to enter, you MUST also use it to exit otherwise the card will not work (key replacement fee of $250 applicable)
We keep our personal belongings in the room to the left of the entrance, and as such it cannot be accessed by guests, thank you for respecting this :)
No more than 5 guests are allowed within the home.
Please also be sure, when booking, to correctly state how many guests will be checking in and staying for the duration of your stay. Children and adults are considered the same, so if you have 2 adults and 3 children it is considered as 5 guests.
If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be cancelled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.
Security deposit: Please note, there is no charge unless there has been damage caused within the property or any rules have been broken.
