You are booking our entire home ALL TO YOURSELF! Located in the unique suburb of Newtown, you will be surrounded by some the trendiest cafes and restaurants Sydney has to offer. Less than a 10 minute train ride to Central Station, you will have Sydney's most exciting attractions at your fingertips, making this convenient, spacious home ideal for any families, business travellers or local getaway people!
We also provide free unlimited Wi-Fi access and free parking!
The space
The home can easily accommodate 8 guests.
This spacious, splendid, self-contained home has four bedrooms, all containing at least QUEEN sized beds; a living area with a sofa; a dining table to seat 6 and an appropriately equipped kitchen housing the necessary kitchen appliances. Please check our list of amenities for the detailed list of what we provide in the home :)
You are welcome to request : fans/heaters when booking :) Please give us notice via airbnb message.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home. You won't be sharing the home with anyone else!
Please be aware that the maximum amount of guests allowed in the home at any one time is the amount that you have booked for.
Interaction with guests
One of our lovely caretakers will welcome you into the home upon arrival to help you settle in and assist with any questions or concerns you might have.
Please let us know what time you expect to arrive to our home so that we can let our caretakers know when to meet you :)
Please provide us with your email address upon booking so we can send you our check-in guide which contains important details about our home and the check-in process.
*Please understand if you let us know last minute on the day, there is a possibility of a delay in the check-in time as we plan in advance our caretakers schedule, so please be patient :)
Other things to note
You will have our entire home to yourself! You will not be sharing the home with any strangers.
The garbage council in the area are very strict and will not empty the bins if the wrong items have been placed in them, so please be careful to only put rubbish in the appropriate bins :)
The TV does not have an aerial connection, however we have provided a (Hidden by Airbnb) Chromecast which allows you to broadcast apps like Youtube or Netflix to the TV :)
The dishwasher is unavailable and cannot be used :(
No more than 8 guests are allowed within the home.
Please also be sure, when booking, to correctly state how many guests will be checking in and staying for the duration of your stay. Children and adults are considered the same, so if you have 2 adults and 2 children it is considered as 4 guests.
Please note: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be cancelled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.
Security deposit: Please note, there is no charge unless there has been damage caused within the property or any rules have been broken.
