The apartment is modeled to be very modern and relaxed. You'll find all the amenities and functions in our room.
I can't stress enough to all AirBnb guests, that our rooms are not hotel rooms =(. We try very hard!!!. But, please understand, that we are welcoming you to our home shared with others. And like many homes, they have their own interesting quirks! I will make sure you'll enjoy your stay at my place!

One of our lovely caretakers will welcome you into the home upon arrival to help you settle in and assist with any questions or concerns you might have.
Please let us know what time you expect to arrive to our home so that we can let our caretakers know when to meet you :)
Please provide us with your email address upon booking so we can send you our check-in guide which contains important details about our home and the check-in process.

*Please understand if you let us know last minute on the day, there is a possibility of a delay in the check-in time as we plan in advance our caretakers schedule, so please be patient :)
Other things to note
You will have our entire home to yourself! You will not be sharing the home with any strangers.
No more than 4 guests are allowed within the home.
Please also be sure, when booking, to correctly state how many guests will be checking in and staying for the duration of your stay. Children and adults are considered the same, so if you have 2 adults and 2 children it is considered as 4 guests.
PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be cancelled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.
Security deposit: Please note, there is no charge unless there has been damage caused within the property or any rules have been broken.
